Attorney Kent Lee has represented clients in virtually all family law areas including: divorce, child custody, visitation, alimony, orders of protection, property division, grandparent rights, spousal maintenance,
paternity cases, post and prenuptial agreements, and all child/children issues.
Mr. Kent D. Lee has been licensed to practice in Arizona State and Federal Courts Since 1989. He graduated cum laude and in the top 10% of his class from Cumberland Law School, where he served 2 years as an associate editor of the Cumberland Law Review publication. Upon law school graduation, he was granted membership in the National Honor Society of law students. Mr. Lee began practicing law at a large firm in Phoenix, owned his own practice for 11 years, and served as an Assistant Arizona Attorney General. Mr. Lee is a member of the Family Law Section of the Arizona State Bar Association. He also earned an MBA in Finance and a BS in Financial & Estate Planning.
